How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

How can I reserve an item so it does not get sold before I can purchase?

Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

Unfortunately I haven’t seen my orders in person, as they were gifts. However, both recipients said the stones were beautiful and they love them. (I got spheres, loose chips to go in selenite bowls, bracelets and small hearts for my mom and mother in law). Shipping was quick!

iLoveLotus always has the best genuine crystals, however this purchase was probably far from my favorite just because the stones where not as high quality as the products usually are and the quantity of stones was less than expected.
