How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

Very unhappy with my purchase. I purchased these 2 items to help me clear some negative energy that I had in my aura and space but when they arrived, I realized they looked and felt a little funny. Taking a better look at them, I realized they were made of acrylic instead of selenite. I would really like a refund of my money ASAP!!! Thank you for your time and effort but YOU SUCK!!!!!!
