How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

I was so happy when I found this Shungite pendant. I've had it stored in my jewelry collection for the past few weeks and the silver started to oxidize, so I went to clean it with a polishing cloth, only to find out that the wire is silver plated and not 100% sterling silver. The silver started to chip and I can now see the metal underneath the plating... doesn't look very appealing. Unfortunately, I won't be wearing this pendant. Disappointed in this purchase.
