How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

How can I reserve an item so it does not get sold before I can purchase?

Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

Fell in love with my black tourmaline bracelet & I rarely leave the house without it on. It’s made well, the tourmaline is pretty & I’m happy with the quality of it. It seems like it might break easily but I do work with it on & so far it’s handled any snags (greenhouse). I plan on buying more bracelets & other items soon.
