How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

How can I reserve an item so it does not get sold before I can purchase?

Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

I’m just going to write a little thing for all my purchases I made with this shop. This is the 3rd time I’ve order from here and I LOVE IT! I almost strictly order all my crystals from here. They are always packaged good, great quality and made to last. I’ve ordered what has to be over 20 different bracelets from this shop and I put all my my jewelry through it. And in all this time I’ve only have 1 thing break on me. The raw and tumbled crystals are just beautiful, whenever I order more from this shop I’m always super happy with what I get. I’ve also ordered bottles and stuff from this shop, and they’re amazing to. I literally could not recommend this store more, 1000/10.
