How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

How can I reserve an item so it does not get sold before I can purchase?
Just convo LotUS and will reserve up to 5 of your items for up to 15 days.
Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

On the whole this seems a great shop. However, I mis-read the description so it is my fault. I bought some fabulous little bags of chips from this shop and thought I was getting a few stones like in the picture. It was only one insignificant stone for the price I paid. I would not have purchased it if I had known it was only one stone. I make jewelry. I know my stones and their value. This is not worth the cost. This is like one of their chips in the bag. I’m happy with most I got from I Love Lotus, just not the wee single stones where I believed I was getting what was displayed in the picture.
