How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

I’ve seen genuine, rough Moldavite before, and just looking at it with the naked eye it really appears real. I don’t think you’ll go wrong buying from the seller! The pieces are not large, but keep in mind what you’re paying for them. Custom cut pieces are much more expensive. I have another piece of equipment that I can test it with you to see if it is genuine and I may do that but honestly I am pretty sure it is genuine and I probably won’t even test it. Arrived quickly, and I am very pleased with the piece I received and the price I paid for it and Moldavite has gone up in price quite a bit. Thanks so much to the seller, I genuinely appreciate it.
