How fast can I expect my order to ship
We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders we get before midnight eastern time will ship the next day or the day after. If you upgrade to priority mail we will pull and ship your order first. Our shipping warehouse is in Kanab Utah and it takes 3-5 business days for the postal service to deliver your order sometimes longer. Unfortunately they do not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method for the exception of Express which is 2 days excluding weekends. You can see all upgrade options during check out.

Can you resize the bracelets?
Sorry no. However we can include some extra stretchy string so you can resize, just put a note "extra string" in the notes section when cking out. please note if you need to make it bigger the whats in the listing detail you have to purchase 2 bracelets to make 1 bigger.

A lot bigger than i thought! Very pretty, loved the little bag they came in. Very glad they wrapped it in bubble wrap. Got a tiny little bonus stone. Quick shipping! One thing to take note on.. the hole is also larger than expected. Im using mine for jewelry making, im gping to have to do a special knotting or ad a larger bead beside it to keep it in place. Not a big deal as i had planned on doing something that anyway.. but it cant be stand alone or at the end of anything or itll fall off.
